There are over 200 new and revised gluten free and dairy free recipes is this book. The author states this book concentrates on recipes using less starchy foods and moving to more nutritious fruits, vegetables, and proteins. A lot of the recipes from the first two Special Diet books have been omitted in this volume due to the emphasis on more nutrient dense foods. The Introductory chapters of this book are well written and very informative. You will learn why this type of diet is helpful to kids with autism.
